This antique oval tea or tablecloth features a natural ecru colored fine linen center, surrounded by a wide, five inch hand made Cluny lace border, c. 1890 - 1910.

The lace is hand stitched to cloth.  Linen is hand hemmed and shows slight variation in color and texture, as natural linen does.
It is in very nice overall condition.  The linen is strong, with just one tiny, ¼ of an inch area of slight wear, possibly requiring a stitch or two in the future.   The lace is exceptionally nice, with no noted breaks, snags, etc.  Offered as found.
