This very fine antique trim embellishment likely originated in France.

The gold ruched ombre ribbon displays shades of red, blue and green.  Fine metallic braid is interwoven through the upper portion of the ribbon, adding sparkle and dimension.

This trim is in extremely nice antique estate condition.  It is new old stock and has never been used.  Obviously well cared for it appears strong and stable; we see no problems or issues of any kind.
If you collect antique and vintage ribbons and passementerie trims this is a very nice long unused length of French metallic ombre ribbon embellishment, perfect for clothes, millinery, bebe doll dressing, boudoir vanity items and other projects.
