A sterling silver bowl in the Les Six Fluers pattern manufactured by Reed and Barton.
Production of this multi-motif design was discontinued many, many years ago, consequently
hollowware pieces in this pattern are quite rare and hard to find.
This particular bowl is a well made old piece, bearing the R & B date mark for 1949.
It is round in form, with a scalloped rim and an open, non-weighted pedestal base.
Bowl is profusely decorated in an ornate floral motif.
This bowl is in amazingly fine estate condition. It really looks like it may have
been a cabinet piece; admired and never used. We see see no dings or dents and only
one small scratch. Base sits perfectly level.
A really exceptionally fine condition, very hard to find old Les Six Fleurs footed
bowl.
