Size:  Length = apx. 2 &  1/2, Width = 1 &  1/4

A very nice old jeweled gilt brass two piece belt buckle, c. 1900 ~ 20.

It is hallmarked with an old Napier mark that was used prior to 1922 when the company was still known as either Carpenter & Bliss or Bliss Co.; see Jewelry Identification Guide, MaryAnne Dolan.

The buckle is set with three paste topaz or citrine iridescent stones, as well as four paste diamonds.

It is very nice estate condition with no breaks or cracks to either the setting or the stones.  The satin gilt remains quite shiny, with just a few scratches to one side of the center stone.
